Loom Best Practices

Keep videos under 5 minutes — dealers are busy
Always share your screen when showing data
Smile and be conversational — not corporate
Record in a quiet space with good lighting
Use their dealership name, not generic language
End every video with 'what's next'
Send videos Tuesday–Thursday mornings for best open rates
Add a thumbnail that shows their data or logo
